it's <!--INCLUDE:page-->

for the calendar permissions-
on the left of the page there should be a list of calendars, in that list there's a dropdown, there should be an option like share this calendar, and make sure you click make this calendar public

for the background, just post the BODY css here

<marquee scrollamount="4" direction="up" loop="true"><!--INCLUDE:HEADER--></marquee>
<marquee scrollamount="4" direction="up" loop="true"><!--INCLUDE:EmergencyNews--></marquee>
<marquee scrollamount="4" direction="up" loop="true"><!--INCLUDE:newsmessage--></marquee>
<marquee scrollamount="4" direction="up" loop="true"><!--INCLUDE:News3--></marquee>
<marquee scrollamount="4" direction="up" loop="true"><!--INCLUDE:News4--></marquee>
<marquee scrollamount="4" direction="up" loop="true"><!--INCLUDE:News5--></marquee>

Put that above shoutbox. See what happens lol. Theres a HUGE ammount of space. And the code looks different then i remember.

Fixed the permissions

Still unclear on how to do the background

post the code for the background

for the marquee, you need just one marquee tag wrapping around all of the pages you want. for each page you want <div class="error"></div> or <div class="success"></div> around each page

I just tried both. Both a fail. The background went white again. After i posted the code in CSS. And then the marquee, i didnt really understand, but took a shot, and kinda got it, but didnt.
