The Vapor and Rainforest skins have a serious lack of contrast on the bar to the left of member profiles, as well as on the quote boxes. It's been ages since I've done stuff with the Admin CP, so I think my nominal skills in that department have rusted over. Can anyone help?

left bar in the profiles should be .leftbar, probably under but it might vary depending on how the creator made the css

quote boxes should just be under .quote though which is easy enough
