doesn't seem to retrieve a new quote for me, just flashes and keeps the old one. using GOOGLE CHROME, maybe that has to do with it?

can you add a margin to the top of the editor using css?
never use brs for spacing, that's just bad practice. here: #intopic .editbar{margin-top:10px;}
