Needs more

JaxBoards has disabled new forum creation Over the past few years, we have had far more spambots registering new boards that actual users. This opens the floodgates to very heavy spambotting and increases server load, hurting our legitimate users.

As a result, I have disabled new board creation for the foreseeable future. If any of you have legitimate friends or family that you would like to create boards for, please just reach out to me personally and we will set something up.

I am not planning to shut the service down any time soon, and likely never will - it only costs me about $36/year to keep the lights on.

Thank you for your understanding, and for your continued support over all of these years.

- Sean
Showing Bryan RT from the early 2000s yup
Meta Tag Viewer I just now realized that this link hasn't been stickied anywhere, so here you are:

This link will show you every single MTag that exists, as well as the global wrapper variables. Have fun!
JaxBoards' source has been released! Since I am no longer working on this project, I decided to release the source code to all you developers out there on my favorite SVN:
Sample SQL Dump available in this post

There's a few things missing - right now there exists no installer. I'm releasing the source code as-is, and I will eventually be creating an installer for the sake of simplicity in installing your own JaxBoard.

You may have some questions, such as:

Will the service still be available?
Of course! I am not taking the service down for the foreseeable future, this is just a release of the source code.

Will I now be able to move my board off of the service?
Yes, as soon as I can write an installer, I will have the option to start from an exported backup.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
