I don't know if any living, breathing humans visit this board any more, but is there any way to back up all of your skin and wrapper files without having to copy the text manually?

I don't think there is presently. JFB has a feature with XML backups for individual parts of skins and the entire skin, so I don't think it'd be too difficult to implement.
